What is Cupping?
Cupping is a form of myofascial manipulation that uses small silicon or glass cups that are placed on the skin to create a suction. Cupping became popular in the Olympics by swimmers. Red or purple suctions marks were seen on thier shoulders and backs throughout the competition.
Why Cupping?
Cupping is shown to have many benefits some of which include:

Is Cupping Safe?
Cupping is a safe technique when completed by trained professionals. Small red or purple circles are occasionally left after cupping is completed; however, they will disappear in a few hours or days after the cupping is performed.
