You may know about our popular yoga and bootcamp classes and we are thrilled to see the progress our clients are making as they continue to work on getting more flexible, stronger and all-around healthier! To help more people achieve their fitness goals and perhaps enjoy a little more variety in their workouts, we’ve added PiYo to our Fitness Program offerings!
What is PiYo?
PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You’ll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted, low-impact moves to define every single muscle—big and small. Rather than holding long, intense poses, PiYo speeds everything up—including your results—by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility.

Beginning in March 2016, Kara Wasser will lead PiYo classes on Thursday evenings from 6:30-7:30 pm and Saturday mornings 8:00-9:00 am at our New Wilmington location. Hope you can join us!
