Your first visit
Upon arriving at Penn-Ohio Rehabilitation for your first visit, you will be greeted at our business office located just inside our doors. Our receptionist will assist you with the necessary paperwork to be completed and she will answer any questions you may have concerning your insurance billing.
Once the chart paperwork is completed, you will sign in at our waiting room, where fresh coffee is always available. One of the therapy staff members will then introduce him/herself and escort you to a private room, where the staff member will prepare you for your evaluation by the Physical Therapist. He/She may take your blood pressure and ask a few questions relevant to your medical case. You may take this opportunity to ask any questions you might have, in order to put your mind at ease.
Upon completion of the preliminary interview, one of Penn-Ohio Rehabilitation's highly skilled Physical Therapists will then conduct your evaluation and examination, and then discuss with you his/her suggestions for managing your case to a successful conclusion.
Once your physical therapy session is completed, you may stop at the business office window to schedule your next appointment.
