Boot Camp

Group-Boot-Camp-2This complete fitness package will provide you with the elements of cardio, strength training, plyometrics, yoga, and core stability. This 60 minute class is taught by one of our physical therapists and is sure to get your heart pumping and blood flowing. Classes are offered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:45-6:45 am. Contact our New Wilmington office (724-946-3313) to join a boot camp and get started in your transformation.

Functional Fitness

Our Functional Fitness class will focus on functional movements to help you succeed at life. The class can be scaled to all levels of fitness from beginners to the fitness enthusiast. This class is led by one of our physical therapists on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 to 8:00 am and 5:30 to 6:30 pm. Call the New Wilmington office (724-946-3313) for more information.

Individual Performance Training

Our Performance Enhancement Program is an individualized program, custom designed to improve an athlete’s strength, flexibility and endurance and tailored to meet sport-specific demands. The program is designed to identify each athlete’s specific goals and needs and then design a regimen to achieve these goals. Learn more >>

P.O.F.P. CrossFit

Our partner in health and fitness, P.O.F.P. (People Optimizing Functional Performance) CrossFit offers fitness opportunities for everyone to prevent injury, see progress after rehabilitation, and/or improve performance and longevity. Check out their website at
